Same as Simple Objective Data DIscussion, but for subjective data (“perceptions”).

Duration: 5-15 minutes

1. State how the data relates to the focus
2. Invite people to review the data. Invite initial comments or questions, then continue in Generate Insights

Notes

If you are sharing data collected prior to the retrospective, allow time for each member to read/see the data and absorb it properly. For example, share the data before the retrospective so that they can review it independently.
